All Spec engines must be
sent to T.O.E. performance for inspection, and to be sealed before they are
installed in your race cars. Engines must be sent as fully dressed engine. This
includes all accessories (alternator, power steering pump, water pump, all
pulleys & belts) mounted for a race ready engine.

Stockton 99 Speedway is pleased to announce that effective immediately TONY ODDO PERFORMANCE (T.O.E.) is the authorized spec. engine rebuilder.
T.O.E. is offering a rebuild program that for $3000 they will disassemble, clean, inspect, replace rings gaskets, bearings, valve spring, Dyno and seal your spec engine. Any extra parts or services that are required will be an additional cost and will be done at the customer’s request.
In order for T.O.E. to begin service to your engine T.O.E will need a $500.00 deposit to cover disassembly, cleaning and inspection of your engine.
There will not be a charge to install a second seal on the spec. engine.
