Several NASCAR Western Late Model drivers showed up at Stockton 99 Speedway for the first time this season, but there was a repeat winner.

Vito Ranuio, #27, of Stockton won his second WLM main event in the last three weeks by taking the checkered flag in the 50-lap feature on Saturday. Ranuio also won a 50-lap race on April 5.

A strong field of 17 cars showed up. It was also the first appearance of 2009 for the Belletto family - patriarch Harry Belletto, #74, his son, Jeff, and his grandson, Nic. There were also three cars driven by members of the Philpott family of Tracy, David Philpott and sons Justin and Matt.

Mike Beeler, #6, finished second to Ranuio, followed by Justin Philpott, Jeff Belletto, Doff Cooksey Jr. and Harry Belletto.

Sam Solari, below, left,  won the Street Stock main event and a heat race. Scott Winters, #24, won the Grand American Modified main event and trophy dash, and Ben Lewis II, #220, won the Bombers race.
