Now with three USAC titles under his belt, Harris has been one of the top drivers over the last decade in the organizations West Coast regional Midget racing activities. He added his third title  in Ford Focus competition  in 2005, and was among the Top 10 drivers in three different points standings that season. Harris is also tied with Scott Hansen for most career victories (26) in USAC TQ Midget Car Series history.
USAC Career
· 2005  Scored Top-10 finishes in three different Ford Focus points standings, including first in the California Ford Focus Pavement division; Won eight races  four each on pavement and dirt; Finished second in tight battle for dirt championship; Placed ninth in Ford Focus Nationals after an 18th at Lima, Ohio and seventh at Anderson, Ind., and was one of 11 drivers to make both shows
· 2004  Made his first splash into Ford Focus racing, contesting six events with one Top-10 finish at Barona Raceway Park in Ramona, Calif.
· 2003  Competed in three Western Midget Car Series features, recording a 31st-place points finish with two Top 10s to his credit
· 2002  Started eight of 23 Western Midget Car Series features and came away with 11th in the final rundown, notching one victory, five total Top 10s and a fast qualifying award

Finished career-best third in the Western Midget Car Series points standings 
after 21 starts, four runner-up finishes and a season-high four fast qualifying 
times; Was only 65 points behind champion Danny Ebberts
· 2000  Competed in 13 events and finished 12th in the Western Midget Car Series points standings, winning a 30-lapper at Hanford, Calif. and posting seven other Top-10 finishes
· 1999  Named Rookie of the Year in the Western Midget Car Series after a fourth-place points finish, as he claimed one victory, 14 Top 10s and one fast qualifying time in 21 starts; Made three starts on the TQ Midget Car Series tour with a best finish of third on the third-mile at Irwindale, Calif.
· 1998  Dominated TQ Midget Car Series scene, corralling 12 victories in 17 starts en route to second straight series crown; Also topped qualifying results 10 times
· 1997  Won first TQ Midget Car Series title, topping the points by nearly 100 over Ron Wade; Triumphed in nine of 16 starts and posted 10 fast qualifying times
· 1996  Started 16 TQ Midget Car Series features and scored three victories on his way to fourth in the points standings
· 1995  Made 13 TQ Midget Car Series feature starts, winning one race and setting five fast time marks on way to eighth in points standings
· 1994  Debuted in TQ Midget Car Series, finishing 41st in points standings after an eighth-place finish at Ventura, Calif. a week after his initial start; Made three starts overall

· 1984-1993  Competed in Quarter Midgets, garnering four California state championships and two National titles
