Donnalee McCann (1939 - 2015)
Donna
McCann will always be remembered for a life that was filled with
smiles, laughter and her love for others. She was one of those
people that you meet in life that is always there for you and will
be by your side in time of need. Donna lived life to the fullest and
was a pillar of strength within the Stockton and surrounding
communities.
Donna was preceded in death by the love
of her life Robert and Son Richard. She is survived by her Daughter
Lorna Pope, Son Russell McCann and Son Robert McCann. Donna was
blessed with 9 Grand Children - Janice, Sheri, Trisha, Shane,
Lauren, Morgan & Devin, Heather and Taylor along with fourteen Great
Grandchildren.
Donna was loved by her family but her
family extended well beyond the immediate family members. She was
known as "Mama Donna" to almost everyone and was alway planning a
party or some social event to draw everyone together. She was the
Co-Owner of A-One Ambulance for over 33 years in Stockton, Ca and
was a pioneer in the field of Emergency Medical Transportation and
Paramedics services in San Joaquin County.
Services will be held on Friday,
February 6th at 11am at the Colonial Rose Chapel, 520 N Sutter
Street, Stockton, California 209-565-5279.

February 04, 2015 Donna saved many lives and alleviated suffering during here many years of service to San Joaquin County. Her commitment to providing the best possible ambulance service was unsurpassed. The EMS community has lost a piece of our foundation. A more dedicated and caring person could not be found.
